Dr. Joey Arencibia was raised in Cedartown, Georgia. He is a graduate of Young Harris College, located in northeast Georgia, where he was also a member of the intercollegiate tennis team. He attended the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree and later attended the Southern College of Optometry receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree. While earning his optometry degree, Dr. Arencibia was honored as Outstanding Senior Clinician as well as graduating with the recognition Cum Laude.
Dr. Gabby Arencibia is a native of Hiawassee, Georgia. She attended the University of North Georgia where she complemented her prerequisite courses for optometry school, while at UNG she was a member of the basketball team. She then attended the Kentucky College of optometry where she was a member of the first inaugural graduating class, and graduated with the recognition of Cum Laude. While at KYCO she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. Her clinical externships included training in private practice, at the KYCO school specialty clinics, Pikeville Medical Center, and at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta, gaining extensive knowledge in ocular disease and family eye care.
Dr. Alexa Arencibia was raised in Hiawassee, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree in business management from the University of North Georgia where she graduated with recognition of Cum Laude. She then received her doctorate of optometry from Kentucky College of Optometry in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Dr. Cass Coleman was born and raised in Hayesville, North Carolina. He attended Piedmont College where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science. While at Piedmont he was a member of the basketball team. He then went on to attend the Kentucky College of Optometry, where he was a member of the 2nd graduating class, graduating Summa Cum Laude. While at KYCO he was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International optometric Honor Society and the Private Practice Club. Dr. Coleman did externships at Omni Eye services in Atlanta, Ga, Aprima Eye in Nashville, Tn, and the Eye Care Center of Richmond, KY.
Dr. Fritts was born and raised in Kentucky. During his time in the “bluegrass state,” Dr. Fritts graduated from Georgetown College where he received his undergraduate degree with a concentration in biology and chemistry. He was also a member of the school’s golf team for four years. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Dr. Fritts worked in the optometric field for several years before eventually attending and graduating from optometry school at the University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Optometry in 2020.
